WildHub login guide

Logging in to WildHub takes about ten seconds once your account is set up. This page walks through every flow — the smooth one, the one where you forgot your password, and the one where 2FA decides to take the day off.

How WildHub login works

The login screen sits behind the “Login” button in the top-right corner of every page. Email plus password is the default; 2FA stacks on top if you’ve enabled it. Sessions persist for about seven days on trusted browsers, less on mobile if you’ve cleared cookies recently.

1. Open the homepage and tap Login.
2. Type the email you registered with — case doesn’t matter, spaces do.
3. Enter your password (use the eye icon if you’re not sure what you typed).
4. Approve the 2FA challenge if active, and you land on the lobby.

First-time sign-up walkthrough

Brand-new to WildHub? The signup flow is roughly five steps:

1. Click Register (next to Login). Enter email and a strong password.
2. Confirm your country, currency and date of birth. Europe-based players default to € and Central European Time.
3. Tick the boxes that apply: marketing emails (optional), responsible-gambling acknowledgements (required).
4. Click the verification link that lands in your inbox within a minute or two.
5. Hop back, log in, and you’ll see the welcome bonus offer waiting on the deposit screen.

Forgot your password?

Three short steps:

1. Click Forgot password? on the login modal.
2. Enter your account email. If the email exists, a reset link goes out in under a minute.
3. Click the link, set a new password (12+ characters, mix the case), log in.

If the reset email never arrives, check the spam folder, then verify you’re typing the same email you signed up with. Old aliases and typos are the usual culprits.

Two-factor authentication

2FA is optional but recommended for accounts holding a balance. WildHub supports three methods:

• Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) — most reliable, works offline.
• SMS code — convenient but vulnerable to SIM-swap. Use it if you can’t run an authenticator.
• Email code — fallback option, slower than the other two.

You can rotate methods from the security tab in your account settings. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe when you turn 2FA on — they’re the only way back in if you lose your phone.

Common WildHub login problems

Logging in from a new device

The first sign-in from a new browser or phone triggers an email confirmation. Click the Confirm this device link to whitelist it; afterwards the device behaves like any other trusted login. If you don’t click the link within 24 hours, the next attempt prompts a fresh confirmation. This is a guard against credential stuffing, not a hassle aimed at you personally.

Public computers? Stick to a private window and log out manually when you’re done. The “remember me” checkbox stays unticked by default for a reason.
